Zahra Khanum, a British-Bangladeshi multidisciplinary artist based in Birmingham and South Devon. Her work explores notions of nostalgia, third generational migrant histories, and the ocean to reciprocate these untold histories around belonging and travelling.  using  a variety of mediums to express her ideas, including textiles, video installations, short movies, oil paintings, and printmaking. These pieces are a reflection of her own dual-identity and attempt to capture the essence of her upbringing.
